Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so that you can monitor the status of your shipment.

If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email, please check your spam, junk, or promotional email folders before contacting customer support.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully completed and verified.

Orders placed and successfully paid before 6:00 PM on a business day will begin processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

While we make every effort to process orders promptly, processing times may occasionally be extended due to high order volumes, inventory verification procedures, severe weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated Shipping Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically between 5 and 12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak shipping seasons

  • Natural disasters

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Security inspections

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Coverage

At this time, we only ship to addresses located within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Certain remote locations, military addresses, U.S. territories, or restricted delivery areas may require additional delivery time or may not be eligible for shipping.

If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide available alternatives or a refund if necessary.

Shipping Costs

Orders with a total value of $160.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders with a total value below $160.00 USD are subject to a flat shipping fee of $8.99 USD.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Duties, Taxes, and Additional Charges

All product prices include applicable duties and import-related charges where applicable.

Customers are not required to pay additional customs duties or import fees for eligible orders covered under our pricing structure.

Applicable sales taxes, where required by law, will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Customers may track their orders through the "Order Tracking" page available on our website.

To view shipment status, simply enter the required order information as instructed on the tracking page.

Tracking information may require up to 48 hours after shipment confirmation to become active within the carrier's system.

If you experience difficulties locating your tracking information or believe your package may be delayed, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Changing the Shipping Address

If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us by email within 24 hours of placing the order.

Requests submitted within this timeframe will be reviewed, and we will make reasonable efforts to update the shipping information before the order enters fulfillment or shipment.

Once an order has entered processing, packaging, or shipment stages, we cannot guarantee that address modifications will be possible.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears to be lost, delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in reaching an appropriate resolution whenever possible.

For damaged shipments, customers may be asked to provide photographs of the packaging and products to support the investigation process.
