Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that customers may sometimes need to cancel an order. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and related processes are handled in accordance with standard U.S. e-commerce practices and Google Merchant Center (GMC) requirements for transparency and customer protection.
Cancellation of Unfulfilled Orders
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been processed or shipped, you may submit a cancellation request through any of our available customer service channels. Once your request is approved and the order is confirmed as unfulfilled, you will receive a full refund of 100% of the amount paid. No cancellation fee will be charged for eligible unshipped orders.
Cancellation of Shipped Orders
If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may wait for the package to be delivered and then initiate a return request according to our return policy. You may also contact our customer service team for assistance with return instructions and procedures after delivery.
